Description
Mother Nature's Masterclass in refraction special effects photographic series.
I saw this wonderful cluster of shells in a shallow pool on the beach, there was sunlight and a slight breeze and together they created these amazing "photoshopped" effects. I was so happy to see I had captured this natural effect in all its beauty and splendor that I had to include more than one of the photos. Hope you find your favorite one!
When a light ray passes from air into water the light ray is bent as it strikes the surface of the water. This 'bending of a ray of light' when it passes from one substance into another substance is called refraction.
